Right the First Time, On Time

Abra's mission has always been simple: to be the premier auto body and glass company in America by repairing damaged vehicles Right the First Time, On Time® while providing an exceptional customer experience. Our independently owned and operated Abra family is passionate about this mission, and that's how we continue to grow our over 40-year legacy in this industry.

I was there for the very beginning, and to see where Abra is today is incredible. It is truly a family of local owners, and I've had relationships with them for four decades. Now, we see their sons and daughters leading the family businesses and continuing the generations of trusted collision repair.

We have formalized a program in our facility, and we call it the ‘Skills Jerry’s program. It helps students gain a full understanding of the field and set them up for success with not only their first job after graduating, but for many years to come.

I started as a detailer when I was young, then moved into the office to assist with accounting while I was in school. I even owned a body shop and had a consulting business before ultimately coming to work for one of my customers.

I work with a fabulous team that supports my talents while working together to achieve the overall goals of our business. I use my passion to resonate with clients and insurance agents. Taking care of people, understanding them and giving back is what I do best!
